During our NWoW journey, we found that many of you have thoughts on how we can improve our internal processes to increase our performance.

In your own function or department, it is often easy to address things or even change them directly. But what if you don't own a particular process, or you don't know how to address a particular issue, or you don't want to step on anyone's toes or even overstep their boundaries? Originally, colleagues in the NWoW Volunteer Tribe came up with the idea of implementing a channel to answer this question.

And now the i2d channel is online. With a digital solution, we can guarantee anonymity as no personal information needs to be transmitted.
